Late Deliveries are annoying.
This is how we can immediately take care of you:
Please report the delay immediately, together with the number of the delivery bill or the order number as well as your customer number at customersatisfaction@q-cells.com.
Even if the forwarding agency informs you about the delay, we need your feedback, as we are often not informed by the forwarding agencies.
Please state the date and time of delivery on the waybill or on the scanner of the freight forwarder. Please also have the delay noted by the driver, including the name and signature.
While we cannot reverse the delay, your feedback will help improve delivery reliability.
