In case the pallet shows external damage upon receipt, please document the damage on the delivery or forwarding document as well as on the scanner of the forwarding company with date and time.
Have your documentation countersigned by the driver and take a photo of the damaged load. A photo of the license plate of the delivery truck would also be helpful.
The deadline for the corresponding damage report for obvious transport damage is 24 hours.
n case this deadline is not met, it is no longer possible to settle the claim for damaged goods within the affected package!
In case you discover the contents are also damaged after having received the delivery, it could be a concealed transport damage which is subject to further inspection. The deadline for reporting s concealed transport damage is 7 days.
Please report the transport damage as a service claim on this website and attach the delivery documents, invoice and pictures of the damage.
