With our standard shipping service, the delivery time is usually 1-4 working days for a shipment within Germany.
Please ensure trained personnel are on site on the day of delivery to check the goods during unloading. Furthermore, ensure someone can be reached by the truck driver to verify the delivery address in case of any doubt.
For a delivery to a private address, the forwarding agent must arrange a date and time in advance. For this purpose, it is necessary to obtain the contact information of the recipient of the goods in advance.
We deliver to the kerbside. The freight forwarder is therefore not obliged to place the goods at any other place such as next to the front door or inside a garage.
