Your plans have changed and/or you would like to return products? Under the following conditions, we will be happy to create the appropriate return order.
This will ensure that your return goes smoothly:
- The goods are in their unsealed original packaging and in perfect and resalable condition.
- The delivery date of the goods is not more than 4 weeks ago.
- The net value of the goods is € 350.00 or more.
- The goods are packed safely for transport and are ready for collection (For your own protection, please provide us with pictures of the packages ready for shipment in advance).
Please note the following points:
All returns are subject to a handling fee of 10 % of the net value of the goods. The incurred transportation costs will be charged. The handling fee is a minimum € 50,- and a maximum € 300,-.
The aforementioned handling fee including transportation costs will be deducted from your refund after the incoming goods inspection has been carried out. A payment of the refund amount will only be made upon request.
The return of specially manufactured/ordered parts or products is unfortunately not possible. If all points are fulfilled and you accept our terms and conditions, please contact us at customersatisfaction@q-cells.com.
