If the pallet or the box is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the delivery documents, get it confirmed by the driver and take some pictures of the damage.
The deadline for the corresponding damage report for open transport damage is 24 hours. If the deadline has passed, claims can no longer be settled if the products inside the package are damaged! I
f the packaging has no visible damage, but the products inside are damaged, then it could be a hidden transport damage. The deadline to report a hidden transport damage is 7 days.
Please report the transport damages as a service complaint and provide delivery documentation, invoice and pictures of any such damages.
